There is no plan to win. The plan is to continue the war for as long as possible. The longer the war goes on the more money the war contractors and banks can make money. This war is the same as all of them, money drives war, war makes money. No other way to put it. His plan is the surge, last year I think he called it lightning, the year before something else. He changes the name of the same plan every year. Every year the same plan has the same result. None.
