Does anyone know what strategies he is taking to win the war?

There is no plan to win. The plan is to continue the war for as long as possible. The longer the war goes on the more money the war contractors and banks can make money. This war is the same as all of them, money drives war, war makes money. No other way to put it. His plan is the surge, last year I think he called it lightning, the year before something else. He changes the name of the same plan every year. Every year the same plan has the same result. None.

Obviously, to build more military bases and protect the oil refineries... that's pretty much what's been accomplished thus far!

we already won, mission accomplished. now it's time to rebuild but the Sunnis and Shiites are still "discussing" the details of their newfound "democracy." and what about the Kurds?
