What the grossest thing you or some one you know has ever eaten raw?

Winkles, or Periwinkles as a Child. Street Traders would be Selling them at a certain time of the Year. These are Snail like in Snail type Shells a sort of Sea Snail. The Dealers would give you about a Dozen with a Pin to Pick them out of there Shells and they were like Snots. The Children would go Mad for them, and also the Adults Especially when they came out of the Pubs. This was in the Late 1950ties to 1970ties in Ireland.

I watched " Deadliest Catch " last night and saw someone cut the heart out of a cod fish and eat it raw. That did it for me.
