I love it. It's great for both a child and an adult. The parent(s) and child won't have to keep pronouncing it and spelling it. If you or the child like to use nicknames there are several to choose from.

I think it is pretty. I first remember hearing it when I read Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm when I was in 5th grade. Long time ago.
I don't care for the name Becky, but if you insist on calling her Rebecca everyone else will too.
I had a cousin who named her daughter Rebecca and she is now 23 years old. She's never been called anything but Rebecca.

the only way i think rebecca fits some1 with curly red hair, so unless u or ur husband has red curly hair dont do it.
