I want to find if this man andrew Norris esq a lawyer is real or a phoney?

He is from Betterton Street London

There is a lawyer called Andrew Norris. However, the real one does not practice in Betterton Street.
If you got an email from someone claiming to be him then it is a scam. Delete it and move on.

try contacting the Bar association in your area, check his record, see what school he went to etc.
