What do you think of long question or answers?

When you see a long answer do you read it?

What is too long to you?

Personally, I think long questions or answers (10 lines or so) are a waste of my time. There's nothing you can say in that many lines that I can't say in 3 or 4.

I get bored of long q's and ignore them. About 10 lines is too long for me

I believe that there are times that a long answer is very necessary to answer the question completely.
If it is an answer to my own question - YES I would read all of the answer. If someone took the time to answer the question - I believe they deserve the curtousy of me reading their answer. I generally would answer if I really, really liked the answer.
If the answer keeps repeating the same stuff in a differnt way - then I believe it is possibly too long.

When there is a question i read it.if its long i skip a few words sometimes.i would usually answer it.15 lines is too long for me.

If its a good question I read...When answer are too long I give thumbs down.

if its a question i ask, and the answer is long, i'll read it.
if its a long question, i usually skip it, unless its been "starred" then it means it was good, so i'll take time to read it.
ok, now im writing a long answer, damn it.

All of my questions somehow end up being very long when I ask them.... I don't know why
