First, take a shower and shave wax your legs, underarms, chest or use a hair removal cream, either way, make your body smooth. Second, if your has long hair, style it, curl it, get highlights & get hair extensions. Third, do your nails, get a manicure and a pedicure, get a french manicure. Forth, get a pair of realistic breast forms and glue them to your chest, give yourself a nice D-cup. And now for the make-up. Make sure you pluck your eyebrows into a nice feminine arch before you apply foundation and powder, plus blush eyeliner, lots of mascara on those new eyelashes and a nice ruby red lipstick. Now it's time to dress-up...
Dress in a black lace bra, garter belt, g-string and fishnet stockings. A red knit mini-dress and a pair of 5" red stiletto heels will make your look very sexy, then all you need is a pair of earrings, bracletts, necklace, some perfume and a purse and you're ready to be one of the girls...

Hi sweetie, I think that you should start going out in something comfortable and not too much of a dramatic change for yourself ( & others ) maybe trousers or jeans loose fitting shirt or t shirt something feminim, then maybe step it up a notch and swap the jeans with a skirt but as stated before don't dive right in with the full make up and high heels yet. It's difficult to help you much, not knowing what you look like, height,size etc. Do you have friends and family to love and support you sending you a big hug good luck xxx

A pant suit with small heels. (Business atire) Nothing garish, a shell top underneath and a small pendant necklace. Go shop for some pretty scarves and make up. Do light make-up, you don't want to call attention, browns or greys for eyeshadow and mascara.

Good for you ! well i would have to say something glamorous like a black tee with a blue scarf and matching gloves with skin tight jeans (in a dark wash) . and dont think of what anybody cares go for it !

for your first time make sure it's something you're comfortable in - not a tiny skirt that's going to draw attention to you and make you paranoid
