is he that bad for you guys or are jsut jealous that he is as good as MJ when he was playing. kobe bryant is soo good and he does not deserved to be hated. okay, he mabe a little demanding but thats cuz he's the best player in the NBA...and he's been on the freakin lakers for like what 11 years? and what about garnett he wanted to be traded from the t-wolves cuz he obviously wants to win a championchip after being on a sucky team for 12 years...

I'm so glad someone else spoke up and brought this point out, everyone's on Kobe's case because He's demanding a trade and bashing the Office Management and some players but if you think about it he has every reason to, Since 2002 the Lakers have not tried to make this team any better and add on great players to put around Kobe, They Keep adding all of these Lame A** players who couldn't help Kobe get to the Finals if their life depended on it, I'd be frustrated and Upset to if I had to Carry an entire team and Orginization on my shoulders without any help at all. Kobe's right he needs to move on to a team that wants to improve and wants to make a run at the NBA Championship..... Keep in mind Kobe realizes he's not getting any younger and time is ticking!

I don't hate Kobe. Kobe is a magnificent player.
But why do others hate him? Because lately, he has been putting everone down in order to get himself some attention. I've have said this a lot of times now. He has put down his team mates, the Lakers staff, and the city of L.A. He says he hates it there and that he wants out. That is why people are so angry, especially several Lakers fans. Kobe does need help and does deserve to have team mates that can keep up with him. He is an elite player among many.
And Garnett hasn't said he has wanted a trade. Instead, Kevin mentioned that he wants to stay and make his team better with him in it.

I hate Kobe Bryant because he's a whining little girl who thinks he's better than he actually is. He needs to shut the **** up and work on his jumper. Anyone can score 50 points in 4 straight games if they take as many shots as he did. Maybe if he passed the ball a little more and stopped shooting crazy wannabe Jordan shots he'd earn some respect.

Kobe Bryant has no class. It is one thing to ask for a trade behind closed doors and in a respectful manner. It is quite another to go to the media (or your website or some idiot's camera phone) and demean your organization and teammates. The Lakers have stood by Kobe through the good times and the bad times. The least he could do is stand by them. Good players have done it all the time. Look at Avery Johnson and David Robinson - they were on a so-so Spurs team for years, but because they stood by the organization until just the right new player (Tim Duncan) was found, they won their ring.

He's the one who destroyed the lakers in the first place by playing selfish and making shaq leave and garnett hasn't been openly insulting team members like kobe has.

He raped a white girl, but scored 81 on a crappy team. He is better than Lebron though. Problem with Kobi is that he is nothing with Shaq. He wants to be the best, but basketball is a team sport. He needs help but won't admit it. He can't stay in the west or he will never win a championship. He is not better than Jordan.
