When someone sneezes - do you say something?

Do you say it immediately or wait for possible multiple sneezes? And, have you ever been caught waiting for the next sneeze that never comes - and the sneezer gets mad 'cause you didn't say something?

I always bless the person right after they sneeze, if they sneeze more than once they get blessed more than once. I've actually found myself rubbing off on other people, now a lot of my friends bless people too. It's just habit for me to do it. That actually started because back in the day they used to think your heart stops beating when you sneeze and people used to bless them because of that reason. I'm not sure if your heart does stop beating, but that is where it came from.

No, and I don't appreciate it when other people say something when I sneeze.

Yes, I sneeze. I am a human. That's what happens. People sneeze. And, no, I don't think people are any more or less blessed when they sneeze.

I bless people all the time in my head. I don't have to do it out loud when they sneeze.

I lived in Japan for several years and it was a big relief to be able to sneeze without anyone batting an eye. Yes, humans sneeze. It is not remarkable.

Just say bless you after each sneeze. My boyfriend is a 3 sneezer so I'll usually wait until he's done. Sometimes he surprises me with a 2 sneezer.

I say it immediately. I have waited for the next sneeze before. And I've never had a person get mad at me for not saying 'bless you' or anything.

I say something after every sneeze .. its up to the person on the multipule sneezes .. if you know they sneeze more than once than you let them know u are waiting for them to all be over b4 u say it .. most people know they sneeze a lot and dont expect peeps to say it each time .. just say bless u is all good .. may it be once or sevreral ..

If they're polite about sneezing in public (as in strangers), then I'll say bless you. If they don't cover their mouths/noses and just let the germs flow, they don't deserve a bless you.

I usually say bless you after each sneeze...unless its more than 3, and I'll just give up and wait until they're done.

I say "Bless You" after every sneeze up to about three. No one has ever gotten mad cause I DIDN'T say anything though.

I say God Bless you and most people I know sneeze three times...I sometimes hold out for the fourth though.

With everyone other than my Mom, I immediately say "Bless you."
With my Mom I still say "Bless you!" but I say it as if I'm sneezing it the same way she does, Loud and fast.
