i steped on my belt buckle (the part that goes in to the hole) and it went in to the ball of my foot like like in midddle maybe 1 in and 1/2 below the 2nd and 3rd toe its not to deep that it will need stichs but i have to go to batonge rouge, la on friday for 9 days to fix a house and it hurts walk on it an suggations i should do make it more commterble to walk on it and a good way to clean it also i used proxide and nesporan and bandaides keep fallin off my foot well thx in advance

You could wrap your foot in an Ace bandage with some gauze padding under the puncture wound and get a pair of oversize cheap flip flops or something like that so that you can put your foot in something that you can walk on.
Or you could go to the doctor and they can bandage your foot up for you and give you one of those things that they put on the bottom of a cast when someone has a broken foot.
If the belt buckle was rusty you probably need to get a tetanus shot if you haven't had one recently because otherwise you could get an infection that just washing the wound out with peroxide and neosporan won't stop.

NOW, Honey you may need to go straight to the doctors office because you do not want to loose that foot...get a walking shoe from the doctor office.....My Dear

Go to pet store and buy some sea salt and soak your foot as often as you can .The salt will clean it and help it heal very quickly .
