The headaches and eye twitching are coming from the same thing. Stress....stress...stress You are tense and it is making the muscles in your neck and back tense up. When they tense up they tighten around your head causing headaches and squeezing nerve endings, that causes the eye to twitch. When I get those, I have a friend or a beautician give me a shampoo and scalp massage, limit my caffeine for a few days, and do some deep breathing and counting to 10 when I feel stressed out. Sounds nuts, I know. But it really helps.

Usually this happens when you've over-stressed your eye, for example, when you watch too much television or stare at a computer too long. The twitching can also occur from a lack of sleep. Taking a break every fifteen minutes (close your eyes for a couple of minutes) when watching television or using the computer should stop this from happening. If it's from a lack of sleep, then a 10-11pm bedtime and an eight hour sleep should help. If you haven't been over-stressing your eye and have been getting a good amount of sleep, then you should ask your doctor the next time you see him/her.

I don't really know, but I can say tell some interesting myth about eye twitches. Usually an eye twitch is associated with bad things going to happen, and of course I'm not cursing you or anything, it's just a myth and it's nice to share.
Perhaps it's some kind of muscles thingy... Ah not good at these.

Have you lost any sleep lately? My mother told me whenever my eye twitched it was because I wasn't getting enough sleep at night.

Don't worry, this has happened to me before. Sometimes, your body does unusual things....but if it is longer that 4 weeks, I would get it checked out just incase.
