Once Upon a Time in America was even better than The Godfather, I think. I'm not sure if you'd call it a mob film, but it was about organized crime.

GoodFellas, Scarface was played by an Italian(which I proudly am) & had nothing to do with the mob. Casino was another very good mob hit(no pun intended).
