That is one point pretty much every conservative will disagree with Reagan on. And they will point to the massive influx of illegals after Reagan's amnesty as to why granting amnesty before sealing borders if very counter-productive.

Many conservatives are in favor of amnesty, but only AFTER the border is sealed.
