Even if you don't fancy him much?

He was breathtaking in The Way We Were.

Nope. He didn't do a thing for me when I was younger. Now Charles Bronson and Steve McQueen phwoar! They used to be drop dead gorgeous..... as for modern day actors Johnny Depp is dishy but I could melt into Brad Pitt's come to bed eyes!

OMG!!!!! If you're a Redford Fan - then you've got to watch these 2 films....
1. The Sting - very well known with Paul Newman and the irish guy outa Jaws. I love that film - it never bores me!
2. Barefoot In The Park - with Jane Fonda. They're newly-weds who move into an apartment (8th floor) with a hole in the roof and a weird neighbour who gets them drunk. Honestly it's brilliant - hilarious! Robert Redford is so funny ... falling all over Central Park- pissed with no shoes on. He's quite young there too - very dishy!

Oh dear - I'm showing my age!

Don't think he is the is the handsomest man in films. He's got the American ivy league look,if you fancy that.
I go for Johnny Depp and Brad Pitt they must be about the best looking actors today in films. The old films show Cary Grant as a very smooth looking handsome man.

Every single person that ever lived has had a different perception of what is handsome. There is no way to answer this question correctly because it depends on the individuals view of him. Personally, I was never that impressed by his pretty boy looks. I prefer a more quirky, rugged looking guy like Steve McQueen for example.

No, in fact since we live in one particular time in history theres no way ANYONE could be thought of the handsomest or most beautiful of all time. Also beauty is different with each culture.

You were so right about the way we were,he was just gorgeous. The trouble is he doesn't look quite so good now,but he still makes my heart skip a beat.Other handsome guys are Alan Rickman,Damien Lewis and Clive Owen.I love men with a moody look.

He was an extremely attractive man. Very classy. I think Paul Newman and Cary Grant could compete with him.

He is very handsome but the best EVER has to be Paul Young (I know he's not a film star but he still is beautiful to me)

Sure, he's rugged and handsome, in an old Hollywood sort of way. But of all time? Not in my opinion. But you're entitled to think so!! Keanu Reeves does it for me :)
