I think you're hung up on the "absolute" aspect.
It will cause the stuff to move as the window moves because "absolute" is relative to the container object not the screen itself.

So, 0,139px is relative to the container not the monitor/screen.

You need to provide more info, please:

1) What browser are you using
2) How are you resizing the window to make the image move (e.g. moving the top down, moving the right edge in or out, etc.)
3) When you resize, how exactly does the image move (in the same direction as the resize, for example).

confident... Assuming you're using domicile windows, that's accomplished in simple terms with your Paint software. in simple terms open the image, pass to record... save as... and alter the extension on the backside.. different classes like adobe photoshop will additionally try this for you as do many different image modifying classes...
