Ok first you have to find out ur inseam. When you find that out:
a. under 36' inseam
b. 36'-37' inseam
c. over 37' inseam

A: Go to Gap. They can help you there.
B. No stores sell over a 36' inseam, so go online at alloy.com and search by inseam. They are juniors jeans but they'll fit anyone up 10 37'
C: go to tallgirl.com or longelegantlegs.com They specialize in long jeans up 10 39'

There is a store located in the STL called Tall Girl it's located in the mall called West-field Shopping town West County Mall
They have really cute stuff my niece is a tall girl and she basically purchases all of her clothing there.

Try The Gap. I'm 5'9" and went in and asked for tall jeans, just like I used to buy. They laughed at me and said I wasn't tall enough for the talls! So you're 3" up on me, I'd assume they'd work for you! :)

(And you wouldn't get snotty comments!)

Get Wranglers- you may have to go to a "western" store, but usually they are at Wal-Mart or Stage or Beall's. The Boot Cut jeans are made to be longer, so those should work good for you.

Most stores carry longs in jeans just look for the L. I know its obvious but it took me a long time to realize it.

Old Navy has Extra Tall and so does Aurora by Wrangler.

Buckle. Their jeans aren't cheap, but the lengths are PERFECT! They flatter everyone and are really stylish.

take them in and have some fabric added to the bottom
I'm 5'6" and they're tooo long on me Hhaha
