Top Contributors who violate the TOS ?
We all love reporting trolls who purposely violate the TOS.
But I love reporting Top Contributors, who know better, but sometimes let thier entensely partisan sides peep out,
And who post questions or answer's they know violate the TOS
And why do so many user's in the politics and military sections feel it is thier duty to violate the TOS?

No they should not give points to people who report decent answers. I was just reported for saying, "good question." That did not violate the TOS as far as I can tell.
