Hi,

You are most welcome to visit my website. I have hosted it on Freewebs. Freewebs provides me a tool using which I can design forms, integrate them with shopping carts, accept payments through credit cards, and also get the forms submitted through my website sent to an email address of my choice.

You could use action="mailto:your email address"
which will pop the form-filler-outer into their email program like Outlook or Outlook Express or Thunderbird or Eudora or whatever they happen to use or...

You could go to http://www.jotform.com
where for free(!) he'll let you build a form, and you can either use the one you build there or copy the html and move it to your website, and either way, the output of the form will (still for free!) be forwarded to an email address of your choosing.
Generous, que no?
