Alright, we're gonna get down to the truth here. Instead of the politically correct answers that this question is gonna be getting, let's be real.
Yes. Everyone does it. Everyone has done it. Everyone will do it. I don't care who you are. If you say that you've never judged someone on how they look, then you are a true liar.
Who hasn't looked at a group of teens dressed in black and thought that some of them were suicidal?
Who hasn't looked at a boy in horn-rimmed glasses and thought he was smart?
Who hasn't looked at a girl in a pink skirt and Hollister or Abercrombie shirt and thought that she uses Daddy's credit cards?
Who hasn't judged anyone based on their race?
Don't lie. Yes, we have all judged someone by what they look like. Perhaps you got to know that person and found them to be completely different than what you originally thought, but YES you did have original thoughts about them.
Thanks for letting me rant.

Everyone is gonna say "no... i judge what is on the inside" but in reality we all do it. I admit that i do it sometimes. Like one day i saw this guy who was in all black, chains everywhere, nails black, hair all over the place, and he had his eyeliner like racoon eyes (literally) and a streak coming down from each eye made to look like it resulted from crying. Now I formed an opinion in my head that this must be one sad depressed individual. Afterall, our looks reflect our personalities, do you dress how you feel? I do. Afterall its natural to sum someone up before you talk to them so you can decide how to approach the situation. Its simply a natural response. Treating someone badly that you dont know, however, is wrong. You should be nice to everyone at least initially- its just common courtesy.

Depends on what look they are going with. If they are wearing a swastika armband then I can get a pretty good idea what they are about. Even more benign t-shirts etc can tell a lot about a person. The more like other people someone dresses tells less about the person other than maybe their level of conformity.
Personality in many ways manifest itself in the way a person presents themselves physically

I hate how people say that. Its a way that the person Carries themself that makes insecure people judge someone they never met. Kind of like a jealousy of some sort.
But for me, no , no opinions just first impressions

No, at least I try not to.Judging people is wrong, but looks are important. How you dress or walk effect how people think about you or what kind of a person you are.But it's important to get to know them first.

initial judgement based on appearance is always made.
the personality that follows either validates or contradicts.
anyone that says they don't pre-judge is lying, it's human nature.
we also have this bad habit of thinking beauty is always correct or smart. this is why advertising make a killing with models and sex.
