One of the first things you need to learn is the value of stock. By only looking at stocks under $10, you are limiting yourself to the more volitile and less stable companies. It is better to to buy 10 Shares of a good company @ $100 than it is to buy 100 shares of a not as good company @ $10. Stock at $100 a share is just as likely to move up 10% as stock at 10$ a share, giving you the same profit.

The best advise you will receive is to start educating yourself on the stock market. I recommend Ben Graham's "Security Analysis" and Ken Fisher's "Common Stocks, Uncommon Profits"

Both will tell you that you should conduct research and both will tell you that the dollar price per share are not necessarily indications that a stock will increase in value or should be considered cheap.

Both will tell you that listening to someone else's opinion of what is the stock to buy is really only at best a way to identify stocks to study, but generally only the way to identify which ones not to buy.

Lower priced stocks move fast. They come and go all the time. You need a source of current buys - not a one-time shot:

Walmart. There outfits are turning out to be greater appropriate high quality. i'm no longer one to save there, in any respect. yet these days i've got discovered particularly attractive much less costly stuff in stable shape. i in my opinion in simple terms offered a hat and headscarf set there and get compliments on it, no person is universal with the place it is from.
