when you travel in a vehicle with the speed of light and you look in your rear-view mirror, would the objects appear smaller then they are?

You wouldn't see anything because at the speed of light your lips would be pulled back around ears and your face would be so far stretched back that your eyes couldn't open.

If you travel with the speed of light. The view in the rear view mirror would be the gas tank, as the amount of gas necessary to reach the speed of light would require a tank significantly larger than the universe that you were in at the time. The view ahead would consist of bits of you spread across the windscreen as the gravitational field resulting from the increase in mass associated with acceleration to C would splat you like a bug. Safety goggles might be useful.

Now I understand why Cinnamon is hanging with the wackos.

No no no ... if you travel at the speed of light, you will see all your money multiplying because things stretch out at great speeds. When you go into light-speed, you need to have a few bars of gold in your pocket.

Your question does not make grammatical sense. You cannot travel "with" the speed of light.

However, if you were traveling AT the speed of light (which is not physically possible), you would see absolutely nothing behind your vehicle. It would be a void of utter blackness. No light could catch up to you, since you'd be moving the same speed.

Of course, this is a ridiculous scenario, since no matter can travel the speed of light. However, if you were traveling CLOSE to the speed of light, you would see a sort of narrow cone of vision in front of you. The center of the cone would be object approaching you, and they would all be blue-shifted. The edges of the cone would be objects behind you, and they would be red-shifted. You would be seeing things in front of you and behind you at the same time. Beyond the cone, there would be blackness.
