Put it in the shower on a hanger, turn the shower on high heat, keep the shirt dry, but use the steam generated and gently pull the garment where there are wrinkles. You can also toss it in the dryer with a white wet terry towel for about 15 minutes. It isn't the perfect solution, but it is better than wearing a shirt that looks like you slept in it. Good luck on the interview.

Hmmm....I don't suppose you could borrow a dryer or find another shirt? Well I just lay mine out on my bed and smooth it with my hands repeatedly. If your shower is out of hot water, it should reheat in less than an hour and you could steam it. Use a spray bottle of water, hot or cold, spray a light mist and smooth your hands over it.

Take a shower, and hang it up on the outside of the shower door/curtain. The serious creases should drop out naturally.
