Is Ban Ki moon doing his job well as Secretary General?

Is he doing well in the UN? What I hear everytime is Ban ki moon condemning and just talking about bringing justice in Sudan and blah.

He blamed the genocide (my word not his) in the Sudan on Global Warming. I think that says it all.
