The worst wrestler ever is clearly some average joe who moonlights as a jobber at indy shows held at the local high school's gym. However, if you mean someone who's worked a substantial stint in a company before, then you could go for any of these guys from old WWF, ECW, or WCW:

Mike Shaw
Glacier
The Wall
Brian Adams
The Rotten Brothers

Hollywood John Tatum. How a guy like that ever became a pro wrestler is beyond me. He was built more like a dog catcher than a wrestler.

Either Giant Gonzales/El Gigante or The Great Khali. Both green, clueless, can't wrestle, work, have charisma, can talk well, can't connect with the audience etc. Take your pick.
