try a 34 bra to make them less wobbly cuz if your really thin you shouldn't be a 36 get measured for your bra and take out the padding from your bras=)

I agree with some of the other answers - you should get measured. If you're a size 6 I can almost guarantee you're not a 36, because that it the measure of the band size - I'm a size 12-14, but I'm a 34E, so it's unlikely at size 6 you're a 36 round the back!

Anyway,I'm personally not so sure about Bravissimo. I think they have a tendency to appeal to women's egos - a woman would much rather be a 32F than a 36C, even though they're probably far more likely to be 36C! I've been to Marks and Spencer - I've never had a problem with their sizes. I go to La Senza and Primark and anywhere, and I fit into their 34E bras, whereas Bravissimo tell you your size is so obscure that you HAVE to buy your bras at their stores, because other places don't sell them! I'd recommend getting measured, with a tape measure.

Bra sizes are a tricky business, when you try to measure yourself, you can end up with anything from a 32F right the way to 40AA. I tried on several occasions to measure myself and each time I was informed that I was a 38AA!! All back and no boobs! Every brand is different too, so if you get a bra from one place, it might not be the same size as another place, it's best to try them on. A good bra should sit directly on your body in between the cups - if it floats or gapes then it doesn't fit well. It shouldn't dig in, and you shouldn't 'ooze' from it.

hey chica.. any guy will tell you there is no such thing as boobs being too big! But i sympathize with you.. Believe me.. i am probably about the same size as you, 5'7 and i have 36DD!!! Plus i am very active in sports, especially tennis! My suggestion is this... Victoria's Secret has a bra called "Full Coverage, body by victoria" They are the best for support!!! Seriously, and they are on sale right now due to the semi-annual sale! LOL.. Usually i would try wearing a bra underneath of a sports bra if need be as well.. The bigger the boob, the more support we need.. It sucks!
And finding a bathing suit is no easier! good luck, and hang in there.. i know it gets annoying, but think about how many people pay thousands to have what you have ;)

You are most likely wearing the wrong size bra. A 36C isn't the size of a "thin woman"....You are more likely a 32DD or around that size. Your bra should support from around the chest and not wobble. When you get the right size, you will see a difference.
If you live in the UK. Look for the Bravissimo shops. Go to one and have them do a fitting on you. Don't go to Marks and Spencers, they're crap at fitting and have weird sizes.
You will need a fitting from a properly trained fitter. House of Fraser is good and Rigby and Peller is another one. Selfridges and Harrods is good as well. Debenhams isn't so good, so don't bother.
Bravissimo is the best that I've found and they have a massive selection of different sizes. Here's their web address but it is best to go have a fitting from a professional.

www.bravissimo.co.uk

You'll be glad you did. I wore a 34C for years and when I got a fitting, found I was actually a 30E!.....And, suddenly I had a waist and my boobs weren't "hanging". It makes such a difference.

Tillytilly - Bravissimo isn't a marketing scheme to get women to go their shops. You'll find they sell the same bras at all the other shops I've mentioned above. Your bra should support you from around the chest -not the shoulders. I say those other shops aren't as good at sizing because they use tape measures which aren't very accurate.
I was actually measured at House of Fraser and then at Harrods at then at Bravissimo. They all came up with 30E. Unfortunately for us tiny framed women with big boobs, we have to go to shops that cater to us and someone who wears a 30E isn't going to get the same support by going to Primark and trying for a 34C and getting lucky.
My boobs certainly will not be sagging when I'm in my 50s and I'm willing to go to a better shop for that luxury.
If those other shops work for you, then go for it but they don't work for alot of women.

Relax. Have you been fitted for a bra? You are probably wearing the wrong size, go to a department store and look for a bra advertised as being supportive and get professionally fitted. It's not as embaressign as you think. Trust me.

There is nothing wrong with you, everyones proportions are different. I'm a size 8 and a B. I think I'm too small. Be confident and love you curves no matter what size they are.

Wow - I'm exactly the same. Size 6/8 with 34cs.

Actually, your boobs are not that big - it's just that the rest of you is very small. Try some minimiser bras (from M&S or somewhere) - they'll bring you down a cup size.

But seriously, don't worry. I get told all the time by other women that they'd LOVE to look like me!!!

Believe me 36C is nothing - I am a size 10 and lug 32G's around with me!
If you're really uncomfortable I would suggest getting a proper bra fitting - the wrong size bra can cause all sorts of problems.
KD above has given you some good advice - Bravissimo is the best!!

Your bra size is only average and not big but since your body is so thin, you probably feel massive on top and compared to the rest of your body, your boobs are probably heavy. If you put on weight elsewhere you risk getting bigger there too. Keep looking for maximum support bras to wear. Use vaseline for any chaffing you get. Good luck.

you need to wear a better bra, and a properly fitting supportive one at that.

Your C's shouldn't be jiggling all over the place in a properly fitted bra. Go to Sears or JCPenney or Nordstroms and get fitted for a bra, then go out and find a good sport bra.

C's are a good size, but if they are too big for you then try wearing two bras, a regular one and a sports one over the top of that one.

How old are you?

im a brand new spanking size 12, tho its marred by the fact that im expecting triplets

however my point would be, im a size 12 and my boobs are a size 38e

before i fell pregnant they were 38 dd

im quite happy with them however if your not then you should maybe try a sports bra or a proper fitted bra. that might help or even try a minimiser.
