an external hard drive would be the easiest option

if you have a external hard drive you can save everything to
it and then plug it to the new one and then drag and save everything to the newer comp
if you have an iPod Video
iPod 30GB or 80GB
enable hard disk use on iTunes/iPod
and then save your things on there by dragging everything to the iPod on -my computer-
then plug it in to the new one and drag everything out to the desktop

you can always try a e-net cable i did that one with my new one but watch out with windows vista you have to get a specail cable for it.I bought 4 diffrent kinds only to have to call my uncle and ask him .. long story short 4 trips to best buy

you can copy everything on a cd or dvd and move it over disc by disc or you can your software like IntelliMover® 4.53 from Detto®
