all the the team has ever done was try to appease him. they've traded away shaq and made it his team, what more does he want. And it's not like he's going to be traded to the spurs or any other team that would have a better chance than the lakers of winning since the spurs wouldn't want to ruin their chemistry.

Yes, Kobe isn't going anywhere.

It will be very hard for the Lakers to trade Kobe out and get something profitable in return. At the same time, most teams would have to offer up half their roster to pay for the brat. You're right; the Spurs don't want him. They are all about roles - everyone gives up their ego for the good of the team. Kobe would clash with that.

Also, who knows what this kid will feel next week. I have a feeling it's going to be a VERY long summer for the Lakers.

well...kobe really wants to win a championship and to do this, you need to have a greta team. i agree he should leave because kobe has been on the lakers i think for 11 years and thats alot!! he deserves a trade and he deserves to win another championship with a team of his choice. kobe always scores the msot points only because his team does not hellp him at all. he can be traded to the knicks for examplee, but some people argue that the knicks ''cannot afford'' kobe but i kind of disagree. if lebron james can go to the finals with drew gooden then kobe bryant can go with eddy curry, it just depends upon the strategies that are used. kobe bryant deserves to be traded so he has legitamate reason as to why he wants to leave L.A.
