I love Houston, I think it is a great city. There is lots to do. I live in Alvin outside of Houston. I try to go to Houston as much as I can and explore the city.

I came to Houston to attend college 1987 and never left. I love Houston. The cost of living is cheap compared to other cities this size.

I live there. It's halfway decent if you're near the affluent areas, like Memorial or River Oaks. Other than that, it's a bunch of construction sites. The Katrina evacuees are on almost everybody's hate list, since most of them just use their FEMA card for materialistic items. Other than that, it's ok. The humidity sucks though.

I've only been there once or twice, it struck me as a lot of grey concrete and motorways coming from all kinds of directions. But I'm sure it has its beautiful areas. I'm just not sure I could take the heat.

Haven't been to Houston since Katrina. Refugees there fighting for drug domination ('turf') as they are....think I'll wait till they kill each other off.

Perhaps it's hype, but I've heard from residents that the New Orleans bums that migrated there are a menace.
