i need a video card that will fit in a dell d/dock (pci half height) and produce a resolution near 2560x1600 (30" res)

it doesnt have to be that high of a res but closer the better.

or does anyone know another way to make a dell lat d620 with integrated graphics produce a resolution such that it fills the 30" lcd screen without being to grainy? right now it makes a square in the middle with black screen around it or if streched looks blurry or really grainy

I think both Nvidia and ATI have half height cards that should be able to handle that resolution or close to it..check newegg or tigerdirect..

as for when you pump out the integrated graphics on the 620 out to the 30.. you might just need to get the right display driver installed on the laptop for the external monitor (the monitor should have come with a driver CD you can use)
