I am around 5 foot eleven inches and 155 pounds. I need any suggestions people have that will get me those positions. I am going to be a freshman. I am already working out five days a week and doing things like plyometrics.

at 5'11 and 155 lbs, you're going to need to gain a lot of weight if you want to play middle linebacker, and that means eating A LOT.

at running back, you're still going to want to put on some weight, but not as much as MLB.

if you aren't eating enough to complement your workout, you won't see any gains.

but honestly, the best quality in a MLB is the attitude that they're going to rip somebody's head off every single play. if your coaches see that attitude, they'll love you.

if you do start taking creatine, TAKE IT CAREFULLY and TELL YOUR PARENTS. drink water every chance you get. have a water bottle in your hand every second of the day. there are some bad side effects if you don't

Take a look at some of the sport training programs in your area. One near where I live is called Axis Sports. They can provide you with a detailed training program to support the sport and position you are interested in. You may want to check with your county government recreation and parks program to see if they have any partnerships you can work with. The county I'm in has a lot of county sports programs and includes some training courses like this at a discount.

Have you had any past experience with youth football programs? In my area, flag football starts at age 5 and tackle programs start at 6 (although most wait until 7 or 8 as flag programs often allow for 5-7 year olds). You'll be competing with kids that have played a lot of football so a strong attitude and mental discipline will help but you are going to need to build up some core skills. I'm not going to touch on the suppliments, at that young of an age I don't think I'd want to mess with the body like that without some medical supervision. Check a few of the websites outlining position requirements. I have a couple offensive and defensive books outlining college strategies for placing people into various positions but I'm sure you can find most of the key abilities online too.

Make sure you work your legs out a lot.
Plus for HB get a heavy ball so you can improve your arm strength and holding onto the ball.
For lineback you'll need to gain some weight, plus build great upper and lower body strength.
For both work on reaction time and on the field awareness.
Do this you should be set to go.

if you have never had any medical problems such as liver, kidney problems i would suggest get on some supplements to gain musle mass and strength..nutrional supplements make a huge difference, especially someone like you who works out 5 times a week.. you need to take protien. any kind of protien is ok. when you turn sixteen you can start to take creatine. both of those supplements make a difference.
you also need to work on your speed, run sprints everynight to work on your speed.
