If you have the full name of the deceased and the exact date of death, contact your local probate office for a copy of the will.

I THINK IT WOULD STILL BE ON RECORD.BEING A DISTANT RELATIVE WOULD ENTITLE YOU TO A LESSER AMOUNT ANYWAY.WHEN SOMEONE DIES PEOPLE TURN INTO MONEY GRUBBING FREAKS.WITH THAT BEING SAID, I CAN UNDERSTAND YOUR POINT...WHATS FAIR IS FAIR. I WOULD DO IT QUIETLY,UNLESS U FIND SOMETHING
