I know this song by John Hartford. It may not be a country song but it has that feel to it. The song is called 'Back in the Goodle Days' from his Aereo-Plain album. It may not be about a woman loving her man but it is about the past and those Good Ole' Days and how spending time with friend talking about those Good Ole' Days brings back good memories.

alking after midnight and Crazy, or she' got you or many others frm the queen of "I love my man" songs, You got to go to the only woman in Coutry music who knew how to bring anyman to tears for not treating his lving woman right, all others just don't get it, they yell at the guy, or talk tough, that just makes any guy not listren at all. so dig out some PAtsy Cline...She knew how to make a guy feel guilty or apologizing for things he might have not even actually done! the gals today think they got to act like a guy to get to a guys heart, boy thaey got that all wrong. Patsy hits a man right in the heart, with self efacing lyrics and a voice that melts the coldest male heart, her songs are about a woman who loves her man, not a girl and a boy, but a woman and a man.

The one that comes to mind first is old and a classic. It is by Tammy Wynnette. From the 70's I think called stand by your man. Barbara Mndrell had some good ones also but I can not bring the names out of the fog in my brain.

No place that far - Sara Evans

I can't imagine, any greater fear
Then waking up, without you here,
And though the sun, will still shine on,
My whole world, would all be gone,
But not for long,

If I had to run, if I had to crawl
If I had to swim a hundred rivers, just to climb a thousand walls,
Always know that I will find a way, to get to where you are,
There's no place that far

It wouldn't matter why we're apart,
Lonely minds or two stubborn hearts
Nothing short of God above
Could turn me away from your love
I need you that much

If I had to run, if I had to crawl
If I had to swim a hundred rivers, just to climb a thousand walls,
Always know that I will find a way, to get to where you are,
There's no place that far

If I had to run, if I had to crawl
If I had to swim a hundred rivers, just to climb a thousand walls,
Always know that I will find a way, to get to where you are,
There's no place that far

Baby there's no place that far

How about 'Just Might' by Sugarland. Says in there she's got 'someone who loves me, and I'm thankful for that each and every day'. Good song.
