Is there anything I could do to make it better so it will get popular?

Well, i'd start by:
1) Making the site a bit more professional
2) Use color schemes that are easy on the eyes
3) Remove the annoying animation that follows the mouse cursor (that is soooo 1994)
4) Create an online form instead of having the person print/mail the form or having the user go to their inbox, type in your e-mail and then ask the question
5) Market your column to ppl in your age group. The profile says you 14, so obviously you won't get many ppl over 18 asking you for advice. But kids your own age might.

I'll limit myself to one comment right off the bat: pink print on a white background isn't very legible. Please use a print/background pairing with much more contrast!
