Weather is what is happening on a particular day. Such as, the weather today is warm and sunny.

The climate is the general weather patterns an area experiences. This could be seen in the statement Minnesota has a cold and snowy climate in the winter.

Weather is short term, 10 days at most (even though we cant predict past 2-3 days). Climate is a pattern of weather over many many years that becomes a trademark of a region. i.e caribbean is hot and muggy, phoenix is hot and dry, england is warm and balmy, and alaska is darn cold.
