Leanna Ethel. Not too fancy, but not too plain,either, in my opinion.

I like Leanna but not Ethel. Change it to Leanna Ethelle. It is much more modern and different. Good Luck

Leanna is lovely. Ethel is an old lady name.
How about:
Leanna Grace
Leanna Jade
Leanna Mae
A one-syllable middle name would make a nice contrast.

Those two names do NOT flow together at all. Personally, I am not a fan of Ethel, but Leanna is nice.

I think it is cute! Ethel reminds me of I Love Lucy show. I always loved that show! :] But your right, it is a unique name, but not so fancy!
