Drinking lots of water helps dilute everything. You can also try drinking cranberry juice or taking cranberry capsules which helps clear up the infection. You could also try taking a pain reliever like motrin or advil to see if that helps aleviate some of the discomfort you experience with these type of infections. If there's no change after a few days, you'll want to get to the doctor to get on an antibiotic and to make sure it's really a urinary/bladder infection as opposed to something else. If you can tell you're getting an infection in the future, you can try filling up on the water and cranberry juice to sort of help "ward off" the infection before it gets too bad.

well, a bladder infection is an abnormal situation, and there isn't much in the "natural" world that will get rid of it. There are bacteria in your bladder that create the infection and the resulting symptoms, those bacteria do not belong there and must be killed, the only thing that will kill bacteria in the human body is antibiotics. And you need a doctor for that.
You can minimize risk of reinfection by maintaining urine that is either very acidic or very alkaline as bacteria usually prefer a very neutral growth media. You can do that by drinking high acid or high alkaline products. Personally, I take a dose of Alka Seltzer once a week. But cranberry juice works as does orange juice.

Unfortunately, the only cure for a bladder infection is to see your doctor for antibiotics. You may find some relief from the pain it causes with over the counter meds like AZO or Uristat, but be careful when taking them; sometimes they can interfere with the tests for a UTI.
Prevention, however is another story. Cranberry juice (100% juice, not sugar sweetened stuff or blends) or cranberry capsules may help prevent a UTI. Urinating after sex, not using feminine hygeine sprays, wiping always from front to back and other things may help prevent a UTI.

Lots of cranberry juice, not juice cocktail, but actual cranberry juice. It's really tart so you could water it down some. Dont drink any sodas, teas with sugar, that can make it more painful. It will pass on it's own but watch it, they can get really bad and need medical attention.

Cranberry Juice. I used to work in a bar and I would them frequently. I would mix cranberry juice and lemonade (it tastes better to me). I tried antibiotics, and they made me feel worse overall...so I would just drink cranberry juice daily.
