Why do we allow ourselves to be controlled by evil.?

Why can't we just say No to evil thougths?
Is it because we so are weak to resist temptations or because we just love being evil and doing evil things?

You don't love doing evil things or you would not ask such a question. it's an ongoing process of refining out that which is bad in us.

It's not a matter of evil. Why would you want ANYBODY to control you? You should be your own person and although it is important to accept others opinions and suggestions, the only control you should be thinking about is self-control!
Its very easy to be influenced by those around you. It's a test of character, as to how you react and deal with the situation. Those with more character, tend to use their initiative and common sense. They aren't afraid to differ in opinion or beliefs from those around them!
Some people are insecure and naive, this makes them an easy target for a domineering personality. They are easily persuaded and in a sense "controlled". With insecure people, sometimes they are so eager to fit in - they are happy to be controlled.

becos this dimension is the the the dimonion of the dark forces...they cannot thrive in heaven..the energy is very dense & heavey & if we don't protect ourselves or don't know how to, we get sucked into it. & get affected by it.....it could happen also when we're at moments of weakness (& catch us unaware) or crisis...it gets the better of us....
that is why it's important to study about spirituality, be around spiritual & good people so we don't go astray from the right path....also remember, dark enrgy people & negative people can have a negative effect on us..can you imagine spending time with a positive,happy person or the opposite? what effects would they have on us eventually? I have experienced this for a fact & know it's true, so I am very careful whose company I choose 2 b with...
most inportantly, this is the reason we're here, to have victory over the darkness & all the negativity....to have the light of God shine brightly in our hearts so evil people & the dark forces cannot ever touch us!

There is not such thing as evil! This world was created, for a purpose we know not of. If god did not create the world, then evil would not exist, because humans would be the sole deities of the world and they would control the defining of evil acts. If god created the world, then why would he even put such thing as evil? Is it not a very mundane and prosaic idea, that we are here to stay away from evil? It is humans themselves who have thought of the conception of evil to set some restrictions on human behaviour, for otherwize humans would start doing things not exactly pleasing to the rest. But still it is not evil. Evil is a very subjective conception, and whatever a mortal may do, I do not believe it is evil.
