What size do girls normally get enlarged to?
If someone is say a size 6 and bust size 30b how big could they get without looking "too big"

How many of the "30e"s out there have real boobs do you reckon?

1. there isn't generally a normal size to go up to i think the average is a cup size or so.
2. If i was a six, the biggest i'd go is a C or if i wanted them to look totally fake id go for a D but bearing in mind she is a 30B they will look huge!!
3. not sure how many 30E's there are thats a huge cup size for such a small size around, my mum is a 36E but when she was pregnant she was 40F (bearing in mind she was also a size 16 at that point)
Personal statement: i personally like the look of implants but they dont feel all nice and squidgy lol.

There are a lot of big busted women who are 100% natural.
Some have no health issues and some have serious health issues that they go and get a breast reduction.
Most implant people go get C and D cups. Hopefully none go bigger as it will start causing them back problems. Especially if they are a small frame.
Size would be something to talk with the doctor about.
Or you could go to the store and try on what cup size you'd like to go to and try stuffing them, then putting a shirt over it to see how you'd look.
Size 6 I probably wouldn't go bigger than an average C cup.
(actually I'd rather not get implants, most guys don't like the feel of implants and guys like ALL sizes, not just the big ones)

if you are a glamour model..you can usually say what size you want to be...usually enormous..and when they are older they will have to have a reduction & uplift...no choice!!
i had a chat with a surgeon and discussed what i wanted..that i didnt want to look top heavy etc., and he gave expert advice..so i suggest thats what you do. they are expert & will know from what you say...what to do for the best.

ask the doc he should give you a good idea... you don't want to be too big or you could regret it....
my friend tried fruit, oranges... then went up... to what size to have .... which was funny (for us anyway)!!!!

They usually get them about a C or D cup.

They don't "normally" get enlarged to anything. Most sensible women leave well alone. Women who do enlarge are usually only doing it for male gratification.
