dear he is having anxiety trouble ...... u could help him get through this by not presurising in penetration and getting involved in sensual pleasure .... by feeling each others body from head to toe(not genital organs)..... if penetration becomes unbearable ur bf should jerk it off .... later it should be on genital pleasurring ....each other ..... he should be good after that

There are many factors that lead to insomnia, the unintentional loss of sleep. Fortunately, there are many ways to fix this problem: *Try not to eat anything right before you go to bed; your body tries to break down foods after they enter the body, which causes the release of energy, the one thing you don't want when you're about to sleep. *Do something productive before you go to bed, this can be anything from doing laundry to exercise. This will help your body to expend all of its energy and prepare for relaxation. *Music can be a great method for relaxation. Try putting on some classical music or something soft during bedtime. *CLEAR YOUR MIND! I cannot stress this enough. The one thing that most people have trouble doing is this part. You don't want to be thinking about whether you did all of your homework and the consequences of not doing your homework when you are trying to sleep. If you still have problems with sleeping, then I suggest you consult a doctor and ask for their opinion. They may put you on a sleep-inducing drug like Ambien or Lunesta. I hope this helps.

Try & make light of it its only a lack of experience & him being nervous - the more he worries the worse it might get....I suggest lots of foreplay & take things slowly.
