Stem cell research has more than proven TO work. And to answer your question, yes but you can just stop in a day, you need a weening off period.

OH MY DIETY!!! The Second World War and the Iraq War are not in the same league. There was an actual threat to the United States in the 40s and now there was absolutly no threat from Saddam (9/11 wasn't caused by Saddam for some of those who would like to believe). So please stop saying, "Well if we didn't stay the course back then we would be talking German and eating sourkraut (sp?)".

Does anyone really believe we are going to stop funding a war when we have troops in harm's way? Now what good would that do? It would not force a withdrawal. I am not and have not ever been for the war, although I am defiantly glad Sadaam is gone, but I have and will always support our troops, where ever they are. We just need to decide what it will take to get our troops home, and do it quickly. If we can't do it quickly, then someone needs to decide how many of our people need to die to make it worth while. There has to be a cutoff somewhere.

what is your proof? just loss of life. we lost a lot of life in WWII and it was worth it. this war is unlike anything we have ever fought. it will not play out like all the other wars. we are fighting for our safety
