You can go to www.senate.gov and find information on both the house and senate bills under active legislation. You won't get the entire bill but a good summary and the status of various ammendments and votes by the senate.

If you mean acquiring the bill itself, there isn't one.
The bill as it now stands has grown from the 600 plus pages rejected for being too complex and worthless to over 1000 pages and is less workable, more dangerous, and has extended amnesty to even more illegal aliens than the bill rejected before.
for instance, the former version gave amnesty to anyone here prior to 12/31/04. Now the bill gives amnesty to anyone here prior to 12/31/06.
If a person crossing into the US was an Islamic Jihadist terrorist and arrived prior to that date, there are restrictions preventing him from being questioned.
The crimes perpetrated against honest and productive American citizens in this bill are unconscionable!
Anyone voting for it MUST be IMMEDIATELY removed from Congress. Impeach Bush if he signs it!
