how are you going to measure this?
i have two college degrees [BA and MBA]
AND, i've never stopped learning other materials that don't lead to a degree ... quality control, computer programming, web design, applied statistics, office management, shop [factory] management, Synergetics, psychology, and on and on.
why? If I stop, they'll start gaining on me!!
