I would like the money and health to run a small 10 acre block as a sort of hobby farm. It wouldn't have to make enough to support me, as long as it had a workshop for me to do a little engineering etc.

My BS was in Urban and Environmental Planning. I wrote Environmental Impact Reports. I loved it and still try to get involved in environmental issues when I can.

Um, The job does not sum up my "doings" outside of that I am doing what I like best right now as the job does not interfear; lucky me.

i would work at my kids school attend all field trips, activities, ect.. and after school was out or when they got to old for mom to hang out. i would work at a animal shelter or be a foster parent to animals.
