Are they still banning liquids? Does makeup count like foundation and lipgloss?

i think that if you bring a little makeup its okay. im not sure you should check the airline websites for more info.

There is still a ban on liquids over 3 oz. Read the following and visit www.tsa.gov for more info.
3-1-1 for carry-ons = 3 ounce bottle or less; 1 quart-sized, clear, plastic, zip-top bag; 1 bag per passenger placed in screening bin. One-quart bag per person limits the total liquid volume each traveler can bring. 3 oz. container size is a security measure.
Consolidate bottles into one bag and X-ray separately to speed screening.
Be prepared. Each time TSA searches a carry-on it slows down the line. Practicing 3-1-1 will ensure a faster and easier checkpoint experience.
3-1-1 is for short trips. If in doubt, put your liquids in checked luggage.

Each airline has it's own carry-on policy and your best bet is to check with the airline you're traveling with. Aside from that most allow you to bring liquids but in small quantities. You can get full carry-on info for each airline at the site I listed below.

i came to canada via uk a few days ago. uk is strict, no liquids, drinks, food, sharp metallic objects. but i had my full makeup kit and i passed with it in my hand luggage. it had mascara, lipgloss, foundation, blusher, avian face spray, etc

I was in a UK airport last week....
still very strict No liquids whatsoever in hand luggage...
not even Vaseline or mascara..
You can put it in your suitcase though hope that helps!

yes that includes any beverages, make-up, lotion, etc. If you bring make-up and lip gloss, must be 3 ounces or less in a quart size ziploc bag that can be removed from your bag and sent through x-ray separately.

i hear anything liquid they wont let You carry on.. but in your luggage thats going under the plane you can.. just not on you.

you can bring any make up under 3 oz. in your carry-on, and in your other bag that goes in cargo you can bring what ever you want(as long as it's legal and wont blow up or anything like that) Hope this helps!
