I found oceans 13 the full movie on youtube, can I watch it and get in trouble?

No. There is no way to prove that you actually watched. What if you were not the one in front of your pc (e.g. a friend). What if you were on a public location using a public pc. On the other hand, imagine a tv channel broadcasting a show without permission (I don't think it can happen but...) Do you think million of people will get in trouble for watching it? of course not. The one that published or transmitted it is the one in trouble.

Like the previous post said, it won't be there too long.

only if a cop or something was standing right next to u. It would have to be a pretty mean cop too.
