Short answer yes. If you are on wireless and it is not encrypted then it is easy for people who know what they are doing to see everything you do.

If you are hard wired to your internet connection (modem) then it is much harder, but still possible.

Possible, yes. Probably, no.

Most of the time, if someone figures out where you have been going or what you are doing, they are not monitoring your activity while you are on line. They are looking at the history and other files left over from which they can usually guess the where and what of your activies.

Yes. At the simplest, I could look at your history. At the more complicated end of the spectrum, I could capture your HTTP queries via your router or subpoena a host for his access records and match those up with your ISP and IP.

If you clear your history, cookies, etc. and I'm a "normal person", (and you're not visiting sites that keep track of your progress within them) then no.

There is no privacy on the internet that's what people have to understand. Even if you erase an email it is in your hard drive. Be careful!

Yes, if you have tracking cookies on your computer which people who made the sites put on them so when you visit it puts the cookies on your computer and then they can track everything you do. I just recently had that problem and they threatened my family and such. So I just used adware and sweeped em off my computer.
