You already have sperm banks, and egg banks, kept separately. Basically if you and your wife contribute to them, fertilization is just a procedure. The pro-life thing is that a human starts with a single cell, and is therefore fully entitled to The Rights Of Man. This to me is a bit of a stretch, because a single cell has a long way to go before it becomes a viable, stand-alone organism. However there is promising research that fatty tissue may have biological properties similar to embryonic cells. Let's wait and see what comes out from that.
