You just take it, and do this, then this, and then you do that, and then you stick it there, and then what you have to do is put it there, and voila! That's how you use it.

First, you plug it in to see if it has power, then if it doesn't take it apart to see what the problem might be (might be a loose connection), put it together again, and if it still doesn't work, throw it in the trash and go get another one. Sorry, I couldn't be of further help.
