Well shortbus I mean after all because of the lack of oversight during the clinton administration and the ecommerce bubble bursting the rich guys took quite a few steps back, remember Bill gates lost like 1/3 of his wealth.

Hard to get to 1 trillion when you just lost 20 or so billion.
