If your husband gets an erection it's pretty sure
that it's not your fault in any active or passive way.
No reason to feel bad. He should visit a doctor.
If he's on medication he can maybe switch to
a different medication that doesn't have this side
effect. If he's not on medication he should visit
a doctor asap.

He should see a doctor. Has he began taking new medications? Sometimes medications have sexual side effects. Or he could have another medical problem.
