Oh, you've got the wrong paperwork. Go to Building A, get paper C327, then to Building B and get it stamped (when they get back from lunch) , then come back here (we'll be gone for the day by then, though).

The government and useful work. That's funny. The answer is zero. I have never been so sure of anything in my life. Wait a minute for every $100 dollars I put in I get screwed 100 times so %100 efficiency.

Is this like an engine problem where efficiency goes as a function of the heat source temp and the heat sink temp? That would imply that the rest of the money is lost as heat somehow.
